6 Ways to Make an 8-Hour Workday More Productive

The best way to do that is to maximize your memory. That way, you wouldn’t need to spend extra time finding ways of reminding yourself what you have to do.
4. One step at a time
It’s very easy to get overwhelmed by work, so focus on one task at a time. Approach your work step-by-step.
If we focus on multiple tasks simultaneously, we spend more time just transitioning between them instead of actually doing work. It also affects the quality of your job as your focus is distributed.
